The Exchange

The Niagara Falls Exchange is a vibrant market hall and cultural hub in the Main and Ferry neighbourhood. Since opening in February 2024, it has become a place where people gather to enjoy food, music, art, culture, and community.

This unique indoor-and-outdoor space is home to artist and woodworking studios, an art gallery, a café, and more. Located beside the Niagara Falls History Museum, the Exchange is a lively destination for events, creativity, and culture in the heart of Niagara Falls.

It is a high-quality space conducive to artists' needs, with ceiling heights, lighting, ventilation, a freight elevator, finishing areas, some tools, a fume hood, a washing station, and a disposal area.

A woodworking shop is located on the main floor of the site. This provides artists with the materials and tools that they require to complete projects. It equips amateur woodworkers with room to explore their potential. It enables those who have downsized their tools and woodworking space to be reintroduced to woodworking, and it provides creators with the equipment to produce sellable works.

This space is staffed by trained woodworkers to assist and run workshops for new and experienced woodworkers.
